STEPHANIE KHAN
Stephanie joins the Western Justice Center as Restorative Schools Senior Coordinator, supporting elementary schools within Pasadena Unified School District to strengthen restorative and inclusive school cultures.
With over 15 years of experience in K–12 education, youth development and program implementation, Stephanie brings a deep commitment to equity and student empowerment. Most recently, she served as a Program Manager at Woodcraft Rangers, overseeing a network of school-based programs across Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she worked with UCLA’s Center for Community Engagement, where she led a peer mediation group of high school students dedicated to creating social impact in their communities. That experience solidified her commitment to restorative practices as a pathway to equity and empowerment.
Throughout her career in expanded learning, youth leadership and cross-sector partnerships, Stephanie has focused on equipping communities with tools to lead and create positive change. Her approach is rooted in cultural humility, systems thinking and a strong belief in youth-led change.
