Raymond Jimenez is a seasoned leader in brand strategy and digital marketing with over 15 years of experience transforming the digital presence of mission-driven organizations. As Interim Communications Director at Western Justice Center, he shapes the organization’s voice, leads brand strategy, and develops campaigns that uplift restorative justice, peer mediation, and community-driven conflict resolution as tools for social change.

His previous roles include leading digital marketing and brand strategy for Liberty Hill Foundation, leading direct marketing for The Salvation Army, and creating an outreach program at the American Red Cross. Leveraging a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, Raymond specializes in elevating brand standards, optimizing supporter experiences, and guiding historic organizations through digital transformation. His work is driven by a commitment to meaningful impact, operational excellence, and honoring the legacies of the organizations he serves.

Raymond is dedicated to reimagining punitive systems into pathways for empowerment and opportunity. Western Justice Center is replacing the systems that push students out with systems that bring them in—engaged and leadingdisrupting the School-to-Prison pipeline as a vehicle for freedom, liberation, and opportunity.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Cultural Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
