  • Western Justice Center (WJC) partners with schools, government agencies, and community organizations to expand access to conflict resolution education and restorative practices. In the past three years, WJC has trained more than 4,000 students, educators, and volunteers across 40+ schools, improving school climates for over 25,000 youth.

    We are seeking a Director of Programs & Partnerships (DOPP) to help lead this next phase of growth. The DOPP works closely with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team to guide program strategy, oversee delivery and evaluation, and strengthen partnerships with schools, funders, and community organizations. This hands-on leader will ensure WJC’s training programs and district-wide initiatives remain responsive, data driven, and aligned with our mission to empower youth and educators to build more just, inclusive communities.

    Salary: $105,000–$120,000 plus benefits
    Start Date: As soon as feasible

    About the Position
    Reporting to the Director of Operations, the part-time Operations Coordinator (OC) will play a critical role in the internal operations and office management of the organization.  More specifically, the OC will serve in an operational role for the WJC office responsible for answering the phones, ordering office supplies, and all general office oversight.  Additionally, they will be working with the accounting team on associated financial tasks, and providing general support to the Director of Operations.
