Reporting to the Conflict Resolution Education Programs Director, the Restorative Schools Manager (the “Manager”) will lead our NEW 17 school, 4-year partnership with Hacienda Heights - La Puente Unified School District (“HPLUSD”). The Manager is supported by their peers on the Restorative Schools team and a dedicated Program Assistant, who form a community of practice, discovery and creativity working collaboratively with an eye toward impact and respect for each community’s inherent self-knowledge.
Our partnership with HLPUSD, which will launch in August 2025, will establish restorative practices and student-led peer mediation in the district’s 17 Community Schools with 6 secondary schools and 11 elementary schools.

Reporting to the Restorative Schools Manager, the Restorative Schools Senior Coordinator (the “Senior Coordinator”) will collaborate with the Restorative Schools Manager and PUSD Program Assistant in our ongoing districtwide, multi-year partnership with Pasadena Unified School District (“PUSD”). The Senior Coordinator is supported by their peers on the Restorative Schools team and a dedicated Program Assistant, who form a community of practice, discovery and creativity working collaboratively with an eye toward impact and respect for each community’s inherent self-knowledge.
