    Western Justice Center (WJC) serves as an antidote to divisions of the moment by helping schools and communities shift from punishment to problem-solving, from harm to healing, and from conflict to connection. We work at the intersection of education, justice, well-being, civic engagement and advocacy by partnering with students, educators and community groups to address systemic issues like punitive discipline, hate and exclusion. WJC also manages a historic four-building Nonprofit Campus in Pasadena that provides office, meeting and event space for a growing and diverse community.

    About the Position
    The Senior Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Development and works with them to support the fundraising and development efforts of the Western Justice Center. This role involves assisting with the development department's operations, including financial administration, grants administration, database management, and event coordination. They also support the Executive Director around board meetings and their engagement with board members and other major donors. The Senior Development Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of all fundraising activities and donor stewardship efforts, while maintaining high standards of inter-personal relations, data accuracy and financial reconciliation.

    Salary: The annual salary starts at $67,500 commensurate with experience.
    Start Date: As soon as feasible
