The Director of Development (DOD) will work directly with the Executive Director and Board, and serve on the Senior Leadership Team, which will oversee implementation of our new Strategic Plan (in process).
A passionate advocate for our mission, the DOD will be an energetic, hands-on leader who spends time in the community developing strategically important relationships.
The DOD will work collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders (ED, board, fundraising and communications staff, funders, donors, youth, educators, and community partners) to sustain and grow revenue that allows us to “meet and beat” annual budget goals ($2.6M+) and realize our organizational ambitions.
The projected salary range for this position is $120K-$140K annually, plus benefits.
