Peacebuilding Brownbags/Townhalls are periodic informational and capacity-building training forums where Pasadena, Altadena and surrounding area community members can:

• Build a more comprehensive understanding of inter-group relations issues
• Address issues of violence prevention
• Share best practices and models in inter-group relations building and violence prevention
• Learn about available resources and how to access them

Topics for Peacebuilding Series were identified by community members at previously held community dialogues due to their importance for building inter-group relations and preventing violence. Participants at these forums will also help determine future topics based on issues they feel would be beneficial to address.
