California Court of Appeal Associate Justice and  WJC Board Member, Jeffrey W. Johnson, saluted Dr. Terrence J. Roberts, principal of Terrence Roberts Consulting and fellow WJC Board Member, with the Champion of Justice award. Dr. Terrence J. Roberts is one of the “Little Rock Nine,” the group of African-American students who, in 1957-58, were escorted to school every day by federal troops by order of President Eisenhower as they desegregated Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Since that time, Dr. Roberts has continued to focus on how best to build positive human relations through celebrating racial, ethnic and cultural diversity.  As a member of the WJC Board of Directors, Dr. Roberts exemplifies the organization’s mission of peaceful resolution of conflict.
